Get Preapproved

Make sure you have your downpayment and meet with a mortgage lender to get preapproved. 

Let's Meet

Once you are preapproved, it's time for us to sit down and discuss what you are looking for, your budget, and agree to work to find you a home!

Time to go find you a home in Seattle! We will find homes, set up appointment times to view them,  and tour them together. 

Make an offer

We found the perfect home! Woohoo! Now we fill out put together an offer and negotiate  the price and terms. 

Home inspection & Appraisal

A home inspection is key to checking for any problems with the home before you close. Similarly, the lender will want the home checked to confirm that the home value is in line with the purchase price.  

Repairs or Credits

After the inspection and appraisal come in, it's time to ask for repairs or credit towards making repairs. If the appraisal doesn't line up with what is needed, we will need to negotiate to make it work.

Confirm that repairs were made, the home has been cleared out, and double check that everything looks good before close.   


It's time to wrap up the closing! Sign all of the documents, square away final costs, and sign the mortgage and deed. Finally, you will be handed the keys to your new home. Congrats!
